From our studio to your door
Every MAMO piece leaves our studio in Israel and travels to you with a tracked courier, wherever you are in the world.
How long it takes
- Making and packing: 3–5 business days. Each piece is prepared for your order; if anything takes longer, we will email you.
- On the way: about 3–7 business days once it has left us.
- As soon as your order is on its way, we email you the tracking number. You can also follow every step in your account.
What delivery costs
Every piece travels as its own parcel and is charged on its own, so two pieces pay delivery twice, and a bed with a mattress pays for the bed and for the mattress. Toddler beds, sofas, reading corners, play arches and mattresses are large pieces. Single beds, play fences and play mats travel in extra large boxes, and a fence-and-mat set is two boxes. Small pieces, such as the Oliver sofa, cost less. You always see the exact amount in your bag before you pay.

Duties and taxes
Our prices do not include import duties or VAT charged by your country. Where they apply, the courier or your local authority collects them on delivery.
Good to know
- Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will gladly send it again once the new delivery is paid.
- Customs, weather or the courier can sometimes slow things down. If your order has not arrived 21 business days after it left us, write to us and we will open a search with the courier.
